This is a 6 X 9 pastel landscape painted from a photo I took a few years ago of hills in the central coast area. The colors are all mine; the hill was just dried grass and a couple of green bushes, but that’s what it’s all about. Seeing what you want to see. Thanks for looking.

Flecke
Well, see….sometimes things work and sometimes they don’t. This is supposed to be a drawing of Flecke, a main coon cat that owns my son and his wife, done with flair pen, brush and water. I think I almost lost the eyes. I missed another patch of white below the chest as well. But, I won’t give up. I’ll get her and Finke someday….but next time it will probably be watercolor to show the brown areas in their fur.
